We are 5 minutes' walk from Oakwood Tube station (Piccadilly Line). Frequent buses just outside the flat take you to Barnet in 30 minutes, or Enfield Town Centre in 20 minutes. Various useful shops are right next door, including chemist, convenience store, Tesco Express, takeaways etc.
Flat is in excellent condition – clean and tidy, double glazing and central heating. Fully furbished with white goods.

Furnishings included:
Room – Single bed, chair and table, wardrobes, mirror etc. Door has its own lock.
Large Shared Kitchen: Table and chairs, white goods including fan oven, large fridge-freezer, smaller fridge, washing machine, tumble dryer, plenty of cupboard space, etc.
