Property centrally situated between Sunderland, Newcastle and Durham, which can all be reached in less than 20 minutes (easy access to A19, A1, Metro station, cinema, supermarkets, rail, restaurants, Tyne Tunnel, bus stops, village pubs and only five minutes from a golf course). Nearest beach Seaham. Broadband installed. I am a teacher by profession, easy-going, friendly and respectful of privacy. Rent from £450 per month, slightly increased due to rising energy costs.
