This is a relaxed house, that has had lodgers for many years. You need to be sensitive to sharing, considerate and mature in outlook and behaviour. We get on well, usually getting on with our own lives and enjoying occasional socialising. We are all working and I am self employed, working from home. The house is spacious and has character, it is right in town and has a lovely, large back garden which is walled and hence very private, a real sun trap in summer. The house is old, around 1750, however it is centrally heated and all rooms are either double or secondary glazed. It is within 1 minutes walk of all the shops and town facilities. Free council parking is available within 50 yards. The room is simply furnished with a bed, wardrobe and table. I can get other basic furniture if you don't have any of your own. The room is 12' x 11'. Kington is a lovely market town in the marches about 20 miles from Hereford and 13 from Hay on Wye.
