I am looking for a working professional or a university student who is clean, tidy and polite, quiet and easy to get along with. My property has recently been refurbished and modernised. I have a shared kitchen, lounge and bathroom, bedroom is fully furnished and broadband has been installed also i have provided a desk and chair in the room, i am looking for some one quiet to match the rest of the house hold, also the area is very close to the city centre, within 10 minutes walk and has an excellent bus service available.
