Friendly, homely house with Nice Period features, New Gas Central Heating Boiler, Double Glazed, 5 Good sized bedrooms, 3 upstairs with 1 bathroom with shower over the bath and 2 downstairs with 1 wet-room and separate wc. Large open plan L shaped kitchen, dining area and lounge area, with 2 sets of french windows giving access into rear courtyard garden. There are leather sofa's in the lounge area and an oval wooden table with 6 padded seat chairs in the dining area plus a couple of stools for the breakfast bar area of the kitchen.
Fully furnished except for bedding and linens.
Kitchen fully equipped including washing machine. The back courtyard garden has a clothes dryer and space to sit out, maybe have a BBQ? and various flower beds with shrubs around the sides adding greenery.

Front garden, (filled with rosemary and lavendar,) bus stop very close to house, on street parking.
4 of the rooms have single beds in to give more space for living, but will easily accommodate a double and some of our tenants have brought their own double bed in. The 5th room is very large, across the front of the house upstairs, with 2 windows, and has a double bed. There is a wardrobe, chest of drawers or dressing table, bedside table, chair and built in desk and bookshelf in each of the carpeted and curtained rooms and each has a period fireplace (that is for show only.)
The area is residential, mixed student, owner occupier and professional rental area in the Mount Pleasant area. Good Access to RD&E, city centre, St Lukes and Stretham University campus.
Has been a high quality student let and is suitable for working people, part time or full time students. We are looking for young professionals to fill the house.
We are engaging a cleaner for a couple of hours a week for the communal areas of the house.
