We have a double room available from Friday 11 June in our home on Westgate, Morecambe. The room can be viewed immediately.

The property is 3 bedroomed, semi-detached in a good location. There is a comfortable lounge and through-diner, and a fully equipped kitchen. The house is located within easy driving reach of Heysham Power Station and bus routes for Lancaster and Morecambe.

The bedroom has plenty of storage space and is nicely decorated, clean and light. There is also unlimited fibre wifi available throughout the house at no additional cost to you.

The shared bathroom [with shower] is brand new, clean and spacious and is directly adjacent to the double bedroom.

Parking is off-road and there is an enclosed patio area to the rear of the property. There is also a generous garage for additional storage should you need it.

You will be sharing the house with my sister, Judith, and she would prefer someone sociable to share with rather than someone who just hides in their room!
