Double room available in modern female only house ,minimum stay 3 moths looking for sociable female must be non-smoking . We have an all season garden with recycled Eco greenhouse, rent includes all Utility and council tax bills reasonable use of heating & tumble dryer. No smoking is a must. Wi fi & laundry facilities shared, Sky TV in lounge, parking is Street parking or drive for motorcycles only ,We are close to the bus routes ,2 min walk to Tesco /Fforestfach retail park , within easy reach of M4, 1 min to bus stops to City Centre, Gorseinon and Llanelli.
We have 2 friendly beagles that can be borrowed for walking. in the past some of us used to go out to the Harvester or Steak by night now and again . Locally there is a pub with restaurant , 2
Gyms ,shops, valley with waterfall nearby[access within 5 min walk] . Modern Kitchen with use of facilities, equipment and utensils - you will have own food cupboard and fridge & Freezer space , full use of living room with Friends "Lazy Boy chair" . You must be prepared to recycle your rubbish, know how to wash up and buy your turn of Loo Rolls & liquid soap for the bathroom as with all communal living. 1 month notice will be required upon leaving.
