Hello!

We have a small-medium sized double room in a modern and homely terrace house.

Private garden, 5 mins walk to high street and new gym/pool. 3 floors and 3 showers!

We are looking for a laid-back male or female

We all joined the city within the last few years for work. We also get on really well with our fun neighbours with various evenings out and day trips being had.

With 4 people we expect bills to be £60-80pcm, inc. virgin TV and speedy wifi, council tax and utilities.
