Newly refurbished barn conversion

We are a married couple with a 2 and a half year old son and a 4 and half year old daughter. Helen (My wife) is a primary school teacher and I am a farmer and agricultural NVQ assessor. We have recently completed our barn conversion just outside the village of Ashover. We have installed a ground source heat pump to heat the property and underfloor heating throughout. (Nice and warm) We also have a log burner in the living room as a focal point / feature.
The property has the benefit of natural spring water and solar power for electric. (Self sufficient except for food).
We would like to share our house to make our mortgage easier to pay.
We are very easy going and flexible with everything for the right person. We also have a shed / workshop if required.

We are just off the beaten track and are close to some of the best mountain bike trails / walks in Derbyshire.
