There is a small front garden with drive that provides off road parking for up to two vehicles. At the rear of the property is a large enclosed private garden with patio area and lawn flanked with shrubs. The room overlooks this.

Shared kitchen, lounge & bathroom with live in landlords (no other lodgers)

Central Street, Clarks HQ, Distribution Centre, Clarks Village shopping outlet and Millfield school are nearby.
Glastonbury, Wells, Shepton Mallet, Frome, Yeovil, Bridgwater and Taunton are all within easy commuting distance as are the M5 and A303. Please be aware, Bath and Bristol are each approx 1 hour by car. The nearest train stations are Castle Cary & Bridgwater. Bus stop, supermarket and village pub are within minutes walk of the house.

Due to our semi rural location this is best suited to someone with a car.

The premises are non smoking.

There are scenic walks nearby in and around the village and the surrounding open countryside.
We have a large friendly but bouncy rescue dog so being a dog lover is essential.

Mon-Fri occupancy possible on a pro rata rate

We'd like someone who will to fit into our relaxed home and be happy to mix. Ideally suited to a professional person. We like to be up and about early so would prefer someone similarly motivated! If you like late lie ins, this is probably NOT the household for you!

We are a young at heart married couple in our early 60's and 70's, professional, working, non smoking, easy going; We like travel, nature, wildlife, gardening (but are not experts!), reading, home cooking and creature comforts.

The house is a home not a show home, clean and welcoming but lived in.
