The room is the middle first floor bedroom and overlooks the garden. It is fully furnished and has lots of fitted shelving, a wardrobe and desk. There is a shower room on the first floor and ground floor and a communal sitting room with a TV provided by the landlord. The kitchen is large and has plenty of storage and is fully equipped and includes a dishwasher, washing machine, tumble drier and combination oven microwave. The large garden has a shed which comfortably fits all of the bikes.

The current tenants are a teacher, auctioneer, travel operator, planning officer and research scientist. Students, couples and shift workers would not be suitable as we try to find people who have a similar lifestyle.

Communal cleaning and gardening is included in the rent.
