My double bedroom in Brighton (on Elm Grove) will be available for rent from June 10 to August 10. It's furnished with a double bed, a wardrobe, a chest of drawers, a desk and a chair and book shelves. The house is a three-bedroom house with a big kitchen (with washing machine, dish washer, microwave etc.) and a living room. There's also unlimited wi-fi.
The house is a 5 min. walk away from Lewes Road and close to the London Road area with shopping facilities (Sainsburys, Coop, Aldi, Boots, Superdrug etc.). There are very good bus connections just outside the door and on Lewes Road, and a bus ride into town or to the sea takes only about 5 min. Apart from that, it's a 10-15 min walk to the North Laine area and a 20 min walk to Brighton station.
