Flat is ideally situated for City Centre with buses stopping near by. Stockbridge, Royal Botanic Gardens , Fettes Collage, SELEX Galileo, Telford Collage, Western General Hospital and Craigleith Retail Park are all very close, also very nearby is a very safe cycle way using disused railways.
