Room to let in BD6 in 3 bed semi, with live in single landlord.

Looking for a proffesional person (male or female, really not that bothered) who is clean and easy going. I personally smoke, but never in the house and i have no pets.

I do have my little boy stay over every other weekend Friday night and Saturday night, but he is good as gold and very friendly and we spend most of the weekends out of the house, weather permitting :)

Current roomie has decided to move on after over 12 happy months so room will be available as of 1st June.
