I'm looking for a friendly girl seeking a double room. The flat is a 2 bed flat 2 minute walk from Clapham North Tube/ Clapham High St Overground/ Bus stop pretty much linking you to most places in London. The high street has a good variety of bars and restaurants and a great atmosphere suitable for young professionals.

The room advertised is a good size with a double bed, bedside table, Massive built in mirrored wardrobes (Lots of storage space) and a dresser/mirror/chair and extra room to spare! (not a box room). You will also have sole use of the house bathroom next to the room as I have my own en-suite.

I am a 29 year old professional non-smoking female. Like most during the week I will be relaxing at home or at the gym. I am busy/away most weekends but would like to find a flatmate who is happy to have a catch up and watch TV during the week.

I am looking for a girl ideally 27-32 who will make the place their home (So no wild house parties at the weekend).
