Good sized room in Landport area of lewes

Furished, 10 X 11 room to rent in Landport. Sharing house with relaxed, friendly couple.

The room has a new (and very comfortable) double bed, wardrobe, bedside table and a double cabinet. It also has access to the loft so there is almost limitless storage space if required.

There's a small shop about 5 minutes walk from our hourse. Most proper amenities are about a 20 minute walk away (train station, high street, Tesco etc) or there is a bus that stops just outside our house and goes past just about everything useful in Lewes.

Parking is free where we live and you can always find a house close enough to the house.

The house has recently been refurbished although there are still bits and bobs that are to be finished - we're nearly there :).

We're a laid back, relatively quiet couple. I am a web designer working from home and my partner is a teaching assistant at a local primary school.

We have 2 very tame and friendly pet rats. Our housemate Gina also has a cat and a hedgehog although they stay in her room (she has her own front door to let the cat in and out).

Although we would not call it a 'smoking' household we do smoke occasionally in our bedroom, or out the window in the lounge so if you are overly concerned by this then it may not be suitable.

PLEASE NOTE: This house is in Lewes Town. That is not the same thing as Lewes Road in Brighton. Lewes is about 15 minutes from Brighton on the train.
