We are a 5 minute walk to Worthing Station with free parking on the street.
The house has been upgraded with a brand new kitchen/dining area, with washing machine, dishwasher, 2 large fridge/freezers, new electric oven, ceramic hob and all other usual appliances. There is a 43 inch TV in the dining area for communal use and a tv point in the room.

All bills are included, such as energy, council tax, TV licence, water, 100mb Virgin Fibre Wi-Fi. There is a south facing garden with cycle storage facility in the garden shed

Regular housekeeping is also included in the rent to help clean the communal areas and all consumables such as toilet paper and cleaning products are also included.
