I am looking for non-smoking professional, preferably graduates or similar to join this House-share. (sorry no couples)
Must be willing to cooperate with keeping the house clean and tidy although a professional cleaner visits monthly. (sorry no couples)
As an experienced private, accessible landlord I respond quickly to tenants' concerns
The house has a fully equipped kitchen and sitting room leading onto a paved garden with shed. CH/DG
Well appointed bathroom and separate shower room.
Refurbishment nearly complete after which photos will be updated.
Average monthly bills for Gas/elect per person is £33 in the winter. Less in the summer.
The following are INCLUDED in rent:
Council Tax, Water rates, TV licence and Parking permits. A professional cleaner will visit once a month.

Please note the minimum age requirement and that this is not a student house.
