I'm 49 and own the house. After my divorce I decided not to sell as I have great neighbours and it's a convenient location - instead I let out the spare room to help with the bills and have a bit of company. My boyfriend works abroad and typically visits 2-3 days a month.
My current weekday lodger who has been here over a year will be leaving soon as she's found a job nearer home.
I'm looking for someone responsible and fairly quiet. Please note you must be a true non-smoker as I have allergies.
I can be flexible about terms - you don't have to sign a long contract and I can pro-rata to suit Mon-Fri or similar arrangement.
