The house is a large, clean, townhouse built in 2000 with well-equipped kitchen and utility room.
Close to Bingley rail station - regular trains 25 mins to Leeds Centre. Parking space opposite the house.
I'm 53 and work locally in an Admin role for an NHS Trust.
After my divorce I decided not to sell as I have great neighbours and it's a convenient location - instead, to help with the costs, I let out the spare room usually on a Mon-Fri or similar basis for people looking for comfort and convenience when working away from their own home.
I'm looking for someone responsible and who appreciates a clean house. Please note you must be a true non-smoker as I have allergies.
I know work and life generally can be unpredictable and I can be flexible about terms.
