Duvet and duvet cover can stay if you want them. Also to the left of the desk in the photo is a cupboard with storage space and a rail for hanging clothes.
The property is a bungalow in a quite cul-de-sac. The room for rent is an extension built upstairs and has a view across the fields. It is the only room upstairs and has an en suite which was updated about a year ago.
Beyond the back gate is farmland which is great if you enjoy walking.
There is a drive plus free street parking.
There is a 30 minute bus service Monday to Saturday a few minutes walk away and gets into Seaford town in about 15 minutes. A 10 to 15 minute walk away is a bus stop for buses to Brighton and Eastbourne.
All bills included except any calls made from the landline.
Living room, kitchen and garden will be shared areas.
You must be a non smoker and be pet friendly as I have 3 dogs and 2 cats. I am ok about having another dog in the house as long as he/she gets on ok with mine and is cat friendly.
