Double room - beautiful sea views

We have a good sized double bedroom available in our beautiful 3 bed maisonette right next to Kemp Town village. We are all young professionals (2 girls and a guy) in our late twenties/early thirties and would be looking for someone to join the clan who genuinely wants to be part of a house share.

ABOUT US
We enjoy food, good wine and films. We’re more into pubs and gigs than clubs and have busy work and social lives but love nothing more than chilling at home for an evening with a home cooked meal. We’d be looking for someone who enjoys similar things, is easy-going, non-student, no couples and someone who respects a shared household. HOUSE
Although we are on the 4th floor with no lift, the views are absolutely stunning: seaside on the one side and Pizza Face and Real Patisserie on the other!
Our living room/kitchen area is beautiful with views overlooking the sea and enough space for 3 sofas and a large kitchen table. We also have a little fire escape balcony which is great for a glass of wine in the evening!
There is one bathroom, with an electric shower above the bath.
The kitchen has an electric cooker, washing machine and a couple of fridges.
The bedroom is unfurnished but the rest of the house is completely furnished so there would be no room for any additional furniture in the living area (apart from a TV as ours has recently migrated to another city with the previous tenant!)

OUTDOOR AREA
We are only a few metres from the beach which is perfect in the summer and there is a large (very well-maintained!) communal garden outside the house.

TRANSPORT
There are great bus links into town and the train station is only 10-15mins away on the number 7. Parking is limited and for permit holders only.

ADMIN
Agency fees will apply and contracts are based on 6 month lets. Bills are approximately £90 each per month per person and rent is currently priced at £450pcm. Please note that you will be required to provide references and a security deposit to the agency.
