Cosy room to rent in a friendly and relaxed house.
The house is in Heeley, close to plenty of shops, pubs and cafes, as well as Meersbrook park, the city farm and lots of recycling points. It's a short walk to London Road and walkable/on a good bus route to town.
The bedroom has double bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers but no desk. It will be too small if you have a lot of stuff but there is some storage space under the bed...and great views out of the window!
In the rest of the house, there's a newly fitted kitchen, light/spacious rooms, cable TV and wireless broadband. And all bills are included in the price.
About us: I'm a 31 year old youth worker and I enjoy films, cooking, pubs/clubs, camping, festivals...and having a nice space to come home to. My housemate Gareth also works in youth work and loves climbing, canoeing and all things outdoors. We’re looking for someone friendly and easy going to share with us.
