Private furnished loft conversion bedroom and separate living/office space available in a traditional 1930's semi-detached home, located in a quiet and pretty tree lined avenue in Northbourne.

There is a shared bathroom and a separate downstairs WC. The house has a galley style kitchen and modern bathroom and includes use of the dining room, conservatory and garden. There is high speed Internet access and ample parking on the road.

Close to bus routes (20mins to B'mth Stn) and local shops etc. with pleasant walks nearby in the local nature reserve by the river.

You would be sharing the house with a relaxed, friendly, easy going couple, whose children have left home. We have 2 quiet, well behaved medium sized dogs that you would barely know were here and we have the grandchildren on a Monday afternoon.

It's not posh just pleasant, welcoming, with people who are easy to live with, sociable and used to sharing(previous lodgers are happy to give recommendations). We are very respectful of people's need for privacy, and like it when that is mutual.

We are happy to accept small pets but no dogs or cats.
