Double Bedroom in Lancing for Rent in a House

There are 2 double bedrooms for rent in a large house in quiet part of Lancing. Newly decorated. The rooms are upstairs in a self contained area benefiting from private shower and wc for tenants only. There is room for parking. We expect a tidy and clean person to join our friendly family. We have a nice garden; the local shops and the train station is a 5 minute walk from the house, and the A27 is a 2 minute drive. The seafront is a 10 minute walk. Please note, we have 2 children, however they are not allowed access upstairs at any time, which is where the bedrooms are, so your privacy is assured.
A month's deposit is required and 4 weeks/ 1 month's rent upfront. No DSS.
