Yes everything - as well as Gas, Electricity, Water & Council tax, you'll have unlimited access to wireless broadband and you can make unlimited local & national calls. Whenever you feel like a night indoors switch on Sky TV (Formula 1 and HD included!) or watch a DVD on the player provided. In the Spring & Summer, the garden is maintained so you can enjoy a barbecue (also provided) with your housemates. Cleaning of the communal area's is also included in the rent leaving you to put your feet up after a hard days work & make the most of your weekends.
