Lovely bright double room in Victorian House

Lovely double room to let in Hurstpierpoint (avail August). The house is decorated to a high standard, and there is a lovely large garden and wooden decking & BBQ. The bedroom is on the ground floor at the front of the property (East facing so sunny in the morning) and is fully furnished to a high standard. The room also has a cast iron fire. The dining room/living area is towards the back of the property - there is also a WC/utility room on the ground floor, and a bathroom/wc on the first floor.

We also have Sky HD, and wireless internet. We have a washer/dryer machine, all mod cons in the kitchen including a huge range cooker. We have a separate shower, bath and another wc upstairs, as well as another wc on the ground floor.

We are looking for someone that is clean, tidy (doesn't mind mucking in with cleaning), respectful, fun and interesting.

We both work full time, my husband Justin works in Brighton as an Interior Designer on the retail side, and I work in London for an Investment Bank. We are very sociable, but tend to be at home a lot during the week because of work commitments, and are always out and about at weekends. We also go away a lot at weekends, and we do have the occasional dinner party :D
