I am looking for quiet professional people who will respect my home, be friendly and reliable. The house is large, comfortable and well equipped with dishwasher, washing machine, etc, shower over bath, and beautiful south facing conservatory and garden. The kitchen is also a dining and sitting room with open log fire, and the house is centrally heated. Occupants share in the weekly cleaning of public areas that they use, and clean up after themselves daily. There is a garage for bikes and storage, and on street parking with eligibility for parking permit. The house is 5 minutes walk from southampton central station and frequent busses one min walk away.
