2 Bedroom Flat in Village (Yeovil 3 miles) Mon-Fri

Sunset Stop is a self contained 2 bed annex, with own separate entrance. It is ONLY available Monday night to Friday morning.

The double room with en-suite is currently available, The lounge and kitchenette will be shared with our other lodger, who has been here a couple of years.

We charge £100 per week for Mon night to Fri morning, for a long term let. If you want a short term let, please ask and we will give you a quote.

Sunset Stop is located in Tintinhull, a village 3 miles from Yeovil.

The annex, which is decorated to a high standard, consists of :
Two large double bedrooms, with large wardrobe, bed side cabinets.
Lounge, with TV and log fireplace.
Kitchenette, with kettle, toaster, fridge (smallish freezer compartment too), microwave, induction hob and basic kitchen equipment.
WiFi broadband is included.

Large terrace area with picnic table and recliner chairs.
Off road parking is available.

One Bedroom has sole use of a bathroom, with large power shower but no bath, the other has an en-suite with a power shower.

The lounge and kitchenette will be shared with the other lodger.

Bed linen is provided, but bring your own towels.

Tintinhull is a typical English village, in South Somerset, about 3 miles north of Yeovil and very close to the A303. Nearby places include Martock, Somerton, Crewkerne, South Petherton, Ilchester and Montecute. Tintinhull has a village green, tennis courts, pub and Tintinhull house/gardens a National Trust property.

There is little public transport, so a car is essential.

Would suit a professional person or couple working during the week at Leonardo, Yeovilton, Screwfix, Bae Systems Yeovil, etc.

Sunset Stop is an annex attached to our family home, in a big garden with a very friendly dog. There is a large terrace, which is ideal for you to sit out in the sun, would suit country people.
