I have a large modern decorated room available, fully furnished with a double bed available to rent in a non-smoking 3 bed garden flat in Charminster Avenue. Available now. The flat is double glazed, central heated, has wi-fi internet, and garden!
Charminster Avenue (BH9 1RP) is central to Charminster, Castlepoint, Bournemouth Hospital, RIAS, Chaseside and about 3 miles from the airport. It is on the No. 3 bus route and University Bus 'C'. It is also fairly close to the Spur Road for getting out of town.
I am in my 40's, work full time as an Office Manager for an engineering company in Poole, have two cats and am fairly quiet, so the accommodation would also suit a quieter person. The rent is £90pw for single occupancy or £110pw for double occupancy. The rent includes all your bills (inc internet), so there is nothing more to pay.
Your rent would be payable one month in advance by Standing Order with a months deposit (a month is normally calender month, but could be a four week month if this is more suitable). Your deposit would be held against your last months rent, which means you are guaranteed to get it back!!
