I have a lovely double bedroom to rent in a modern 2 bedroom apartment in North Greenwich which is located 12 -15 minutes walk away from North Greenwich station or a 5 minute bus ride.

The room is a double room, with floor to ceiling windows. Thus it is lovely and bright with the following amenities:

-a double wardrobe with a mirror,
- a bed side table
- a chest of drawers.

Please note that the other occupied room has its own bathroom and toilet so there is no need to share.

The current flatmate is a professional in her early thirties and is very clean and tidy and is looking for someone to also be clean and tidy. We are looking for females only.

There is also a shared living room which is fully furnished with a flat screen curved tv, sofa and chairs with a stylish dining table and chairs and tv stand with a fully functional kitchen and all amenities required as well as a Washer Dryer, toaster and 2 storage rooms.

In terms of location and to make this place even more desirable the flat is a stone throw away from the River which makes for a lovely walk or run. The path leads to North greenwich station and the 02 which also has a new outlet store, the Icon Outlet and various restaurants.

In close proximity to the flat there is also an Odeon cinema which is a 5 minute walk away and IKEA is also a 5 minute walk away from the flat is well. Thus, you are spoilt for choice here.

In addition there are endless places nearby to do your grocery shopping eg Asda and Aldi are a 5 minute walk away, whilst Marks and Spencer’s, Sainsbury’s and Lidl are just a 10 minute walk away. For a bit of clothes shopping there is Next, Primark and various other shops about a 5 minute walk away. Locally we also have a chemist, hairdressers, nail shop, dry cleaners and a select and save.

I am looking for a person who wants to call this place home and treats it as such. i really love my flat and i really want someone who is going to love it as well and will treat it as if its their own house. i love the flat to be clean all the time, and maintain the look of a "show room flat'. Although I obviously will not be living here anymore I still want the flat to maintain its high standards.

The rent includes the internet but the other bills are not included, (although the bills will be shared with the present housemate).

The room is approximately available from the 22nd of February. However, I am waiting on a few formal logistics so the move in date is tbc but I anticipate sometime around February.
