Suitable occupant will be clean, trustworthy, easy to get along with have a great sense of humour and MUST NOT be afraid of pets in a LOCKED tank that are very friendly (NOT SPIDERS)
I have specifically requested a female lodger as in the past (BEFORE I started using Spare Room) I have had some issues with male lodgers, so prevention is better than cure.
Parking is only available on nearby roads from 16:30 - 09:30 Mon - Fri and all weekends.
