Spacious first floor double bedroom available in shared house in great area of Brighton (popular Hanover area). Very close to centre, and served by some of the best pubs in Brighton. Less than 10 minutes walk to Brighton station, 5 minutes to North Laines, and close to London Road shopping area.

Room is large, unfurnished with room for a double bed and a desk. It also contains some in-built storage.

Clean, friendly house with SMEG kitchen amenities, washing machine and dish washer. We also have Virgin cable TV & wifi-connection to Internet. Rent is £500, plus a bill allowance of £25/month, which includes all bills, inc. Council Tax, Internet, Cable, Energy & Water.

House has 3 bedrooms with large bathroom, and generous open plan living area inc. kitchen, and dining area, over 3 levels. We have a back garden for barbeques and al fresco dining in the summer.

We like to keep the atmosphere relaxed, and easy going. We are in our thirties, so be nice to have someone in that ballpark.
