A large room with an ensuite is up for a viewing now that one of our housemates is moving on.

The room lives within a spectacular maisonette in the centre of what's happening in Henleaze, i. e. near shops, eateries and old people. The room is a lovely atmospheric loft room, and the ensuite is also pretty generous (as opposed to the wet-cell type en-suites you normally get) with a nice walk-in shower. There's an open plan kitchen/living room leading onto a sun trapping balcony (only during summer months). And there's also a spare loo... well, you never know. Off street parking for 2 cars and on street parking is available within 30 seconds of the front door.

You'll be sharing with two 20s/30s professionals... This is a tidy, very easy-going flatshare; we like each other's company but also all have our own lives and space. So if you like the idea of a friendly chat while cooking dinner but have left the days of party-mad university house-shares behind, you might just love this place.

Rent is £333 with bills tending to be £90 per month.
