Newly Refurbished - The house is situated Newhaven & is very close to the town centre - post code is BN9 9RH, about 5 minutes walk from the train station and buses to Brighton. It has four bedrooms all double size and a small patio style garden. The rent will be negociatable for the right people. If you want pictures & I will gladly email them to you. There is no one living at the house at the moment. I am looking for some responsible adults to rent the rooms rather than party animals.
