This location is convenient for the city centre, universities and hospital. Local shops and bus route are very close with easy access to bars and restaurants on London Road and Ecclesall Road.

The household would suit someone looking for a comfortable, sociable place to live near the city centre in a pleasant part of Sheffield (it's in Nether Edge conservation zone). It's not really a student area, which may be an advantage depending on what you are looking for!
