We are looking for a lodger to share our family home - Ideally a mature professional.
I am a 24 year old health professional living with my 48 year old father. My 29 year old partner is also a health professional who spends a fair amount of time here. We have room in our spacious house for someone to rent the front room and to share all the family’s communal facilities.
The rent includes electricity, central heating, rates, TV licence, etc, except the use of landline telephone and food. You will have access to our family kitchen and dining area in the conservatory. Your room has a SINGLE bed but the size of the room is suitable for a double bed. It has a small fridge and if needed you can put food in one of our two freezers.

The house is in a quiet area about half way along Moorside Road and is 5 minutes drive to Bournemouth University. Local shops is 3 minutes walk away. There is a reasonable bus service to Bournemouth city centre. Plenty of car parking on our driveway and front garden. The road outside our house is spacious and free for guest parking.

Ground floor room currently furnished as follows: central heating radiator, double glazing, wardrobe, television and refrigerator.

Full access to family kitchen, lounge, conservatory with dining area, bathroom and large garden.

We also have 2 friendly small Lhasa apso dogs and a tabby cat. They are very relaxed and used to strangers.
