Lovely double unfurnished attic room in quiet, modernised victorian terraced house within 10 minutes walk of central chichester. Wooden floor boards, power shower, broadband, spare room for occasional guests, garden for summer living, and a fully fitted kitchen.

This is a three bed house and I am seeking a mature professional (one person only) to share. As I work from home some of the time, I seek someone who is considerate of the need for quiet at times.

Gas central hearing, electric cooker, gas hob, small fridge - NO dishwasher (no room!).

If you have a car there is easy street parking, and we would need to apply for a permit.

Share of some bills i. e. gas, electric, phone.

I am a mature professional who has shared most of her adult life. I enjoy a clean, tidy house, and so would hope you do as well.
