We have two rooms available in a terraced house in Oldfield Park. Both rooms have sinks. The current occupants are the landlord and his son. Post-graduate students would be preferred, but other applicants are welcome to apply. Couples are also welcome; the £420 for the double room is for two people. It would fall to £360 for single occupancy (deposit adjusted accordingly also). The landlord lives in a self-contained loft-converted flat. The house has a good-sized kitchen with plenty of fridge and freezer space. The bathroom is 2 years old, and there is an additional cloakroom downstairs. The house also has fast cable broadband available wirelessly. We are only a 20 minute walk from Bath town centre and have good local bus and train connections, as well as an impressive range of local shops and amenities, including a large co-op only 5 minutes away.
