Hello, I have 2 x double room's available to rent in my house.
The house is situated 5 minutes away from Lancaster train station and City Centre, has been newly refurbished and decorated throughout, has a brand new double bed and furniture in the room available, and is ready to move into. Bills are included within the price.
I am looking for a female housemate to share with myself, aged 25. The house is friendly and quiet so I am therefore looking for friendly, quiet and respectful housemates to share with. I am looking for someone who wishes to rent by themselves and I am not interested in renting to couples.
