Hi there I am a local landlord and I have rooms available in and around the Burnley area.
All rooms are fully furnished i. e. double bed and wardrobe, have new carpets laid, are freshly decorated and have independant Broadband connections. I have rooms available with en suite bathrooms and rooms available with shared bathrooms. All properties have recently been refurbished and have shared kitchen and communal areas. All bills are included in the price and room rates vary between £65 and £100 per week dependant on room type and property location.
