Lovely Room for Rent

A lovely room available in an excellent location with access to many facilities. Living with us will be a great experience. There are superb public transport facilities to Brighton, London and surrounding areas. If you have a car, a designated parking space is available outside our property as part of your rent. Clients with references, preferably 2 are preferred and will be checked. No drinking of alcoholic beverages allowed. Optional extras are: £5 per week to use my washing machine (inclusive of washing powder). Upon successful completion of your contract and review of your stay, we will supply a character/rental reference if you need it in the future.
