Share house with one female and two cats. Friendly neighbourhood. 5 minutes walk to sea and 20 minutes walk to railway station. Bills included apart from telephone. Kitchen storage space is limited so would best suit lodgers who want to share my pots and pans. The room has a single bed, wardrobe, storage drawers, desk, chair, table lamp and mirror. Changes to furniture are possible for long-staying lodgers.
The house faces on to a small park. On street parking is easily available near the house.
I can also offer short stay bed and breakfast accommodation at £18 per night.
Students preferred because I currently receive a discount on my council tax as a sole occupant.
