Home is a large beautiful space on 2 floors, with 2 reception rooms, beautifully refurbished and surrounded by stunning gardens. It is equipped with all modern facilities to make it a perfect flat share & the garden is also equipped.

Currently 4 people live here. (Female)

The space would suit an organised independent person with experience of sharing spaces with others & the ability to maintain a clean tidy space that everyone can enjoy.

I have a friendly gentle cat called Nina who will be pleased to welcome you.

Smoking is permitted in the garden only.

I rent this home & sublet rooms with permission of my landlord who prefers long term rentals.

All of us here work/study away from home so we are looking for someone with similar habits ie this place is not suitable if you WFH.

NB there are 4 rooms in total for 4 people NO couples.
