Private, en-suite room available from end December 2023, although there might be a possibility of moving in before.

Sunny, spacious double room, furnished with a double bed, bed side table, desk and chair. The room comes with two big in-built wardrobes (pictured) with plenty of storage space.
Note that the room has now burgundy blinds instead of the red velvet curtains and also has a different desk.
The two windows overlook a private garden where we grow veggies, fruits and flowers.

The flat is only 10 years old so everything is pretty new. We have a washing machine in a little utility room which you will also have access to. The kitchen is fully equipped with plenty of cupboard space.

The flat's location is great: 4 mins walk from Upper Holloway overground, 10 mins from Archway tube, 15 min from Holloway Road tube. Plenty of buses right at the doorstep with easy links to central London (about 20 mins). There is a park just across the road with an outdoor gym and lots of cafes, supermarkets, pubs, shops and even a cinema within walking distance. I have lived in the area for quite a while and love it here!

Even though the front door of the building is right on Holloway Road, the flat is right at the back and it is super quiet.

I am looking for someone who wants to live in a home and take care of it, likes cats (I have a beautiful cat called Tiger) and ideally wants to help out in the garden too.
