Double Room in Spacious Kings Cross House

Hi,

We're looking for a clean friendly person to join our household.

We live in a spacious 4 bed house in Kings Cross, minutes away from Kings Cross station and Coal Drops Yard. The room has available asap (ive put June 2nd down).

THE HOUSE + ROOM: :

3 floors, 4 bedroom, 2 baths. There is a front and back garden (with a shed), spacious living room and kitchen which come fully furnished. The room is on the first floor and comes fully furnished with a double bed, chest of drawers, large in-wall wardrobe and a storage room in the hallway. the larger bathroom is on the same floor and you'll be sharing this with 2 others (both female).

The house is quiet which is amazing considering it's so central.

The rest is £1,025 per month - bills not included (roughly £120/ month inc. a cleaner).

THE AREA:

We're 2 minutes to Granary Square, Coal Drops Yard, with a big Waitrose and plenty of food and drink places and less than a 10 minute walk from 6 Tube Lines. The house is also a 20 minute walk to Camden, Angel and Islington.

THE HOUSEMATES:

Ruby is the longest resident and has been in the house for over 3 years. She works in the wellness industry. Enna is a GP, super chilled and really into fitness, plus she likes a techno night. Sam is the newest addition to the flat, works in Marketing and loves running.
Im sadly moving out as I'm looking to get my own place closer to work. We ideally want someone who's clean, sociable and helps make this feel like a home.
