The spaces…

We have a limited 3-bed flats available in Queen's Park. They will be available for a sole occupant or up to three sharers (couples welcome). Set across two floors, the flats consist of a kitchen, separate living room and 3 bedrooms (one large double and two smaller spaces).

• £805pcm for a sole occupant, £523pcm per person for two sharers or £403pcm per person for three sharers.
• Monthly licence fee includes council tax, but excludes other utilities
• Closest stations are Kilburn Park and Queen’s Park which are both about a 10 minute walk from the flats
• Close to Padding Recreation Ground and Salusbury Road
• Unfurnished

Eligibility criteria
To become a Dot Dot Dot guardian, you must:

Be happy to volunteer 16 hours of your time each month to a charitable cause you care about
Be open-minded, flexible, reliable, creative and resourceful
Be over 18, not living with children or pets
Demonstrate an annual income or savings of 30x the monthly licence fee.
Evidence your right to rent in the UK
Provide a solid move on plan for when you are given 28 days’ notice to leave the property
