Hi all 🥰

We’ve had an old flatmate move out of our cute home in Queens Park and need someone to fit right in!

The rent is £784 for the room, this isn’t including council tax (which is around £77 a month) and not including bills (which is around £100).

It is super close to many tube stations: Queens Park, Brondesbury Park, and Kilburn High Road. 🚂

The bedroom is furnished with a double bed, a clothing rack, and a tall shelving.

You don’t need to worry about WIFI as it will be included in the room price, and as one of us works from home it is super speedy!

As for ourselves, we’re both working professionals so we’re out and about a lot of the time, we would love someone who fits into that lifestyle and is super chill and relaxed! We would also like someone who doesn’t mind the odd flat drink at our local Wolf Pack pub or going for dinner.
