The flat is situated on the first floor of the house and has two bedrooms, a living room, kitchen with washing machine, bathroom with bath and separate toilet. There is room for a bike in the hallway downstairs. We share a big garden with the neighbors downstairs, great for barbecues and pottering around during a sunny day.

The apartment is just 2 minutes away from Queens Park, a lovely green area good for sport, walks or just for some fresh air :-)
Queens Park Underground Station and Overground Station is on the Bakerloo line and is a 10 minute walk through the park.
Kensal Rise Overground station, which connects you with East, West and South West London, is just 5 minutes away.
There are also very convenient bus lines like the 52, 452, 6, 28 that gets you to places like Notting Hill, Victoria Station and Oxford Circus.

You will be sharing the flat with 2 professional creatives from Belgium. We're easy going, love films, good food and culture :-) . We're looking for someone like minded between 20 and 35 years old that loves to share a glass of wine and talk about their day when they feel like it. We ask for a minimum stay of 3 months.

The rent is £900, the costs are £120. So that makes a total of £1020 for the double bedroom.
