Double Room in 3 Bed Flatshare

Our current flatmate is sadly moving in with her boyfriend at the end of the month so we’re looking for someone new to join the flat!

The room’s a sunny double with plenty of space and fully furnished with bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers etc. There are big windows too facing west that open fully onto a quiet estate. We also have a small kitchen with all pots and pans and of course a bathroom/toilet. We recently got optic fibre which is fab. Bills aren’t included so we split them - usually around £120 pp.

The location is incredible - 5 mins to Great Portland Street/Warren street/Euston tube. 20 mins walk to Soho or Camden or Kings cross. And Regent’s Park is just round the corner which is honestly the best! There’s also a big Lidl and plenty of shops and cafes around.

You’ll be living with Anna, 24, a software engineer and lasagna extraordinaire and myself, 26, a video Editor and apprentice of house plants. We’re good friends and enjoy hanging out when we have time but we also respect each other’s space. Looking for someone who’s friendly with a similar vibe who’s also clean and respectful of noise.

We have a private landlord who’s helpful and easygoing so no agency’s to deal which is great. I’ve been here 5 years and really love it here.
