You will be sharing the house with myself (30yo- female - C. Joanne, Content creator and E-commerce freelancer) and a second person (the main landlord is moving to central London and their room will also become available for renting soon) ideally I’d like to create a nice environment of 3 creative/professional people living together, including myself.

The rent is £600 pcm with bills included

LOCATION:
The house is located between the charming Blackheath village and Woolwich. Both train stations are 8 minutes bus away from the house. With the Elizabeth line only taking 20 minutes to central London. The house is surrounded by green and isn’t far from Greenwich Park, it is in a very quiet residential road. The vibe is chill and relaxed. Not a party house.

PETS
I have 2 cats. So whoever moves in would have to be ok with cats, as they are part of the family.
